Gizlilik Politikası

Bu gizlilik politikası, mobil cihazlar için pfarc dev (bundan böyle "Hizmet Sağlayıcı" olarak anılacaktır) tarafından Reklam Destekli bir hizmet olarak oluşturulan Cüzdanım - Gelir Gider Bütçe uygulaması (bundan böyle "Uygulama" olarak anılacaktır) için geçerlidir. Bu hizmet "OLDUĞU GİBİ" kullanılmak üzere tasarlanmıştır.

Bilgi Toplama ve Kullanımı

Uygulama, indirdiğinizde ve kullandığınızda otomatik olarak bazı sınırlı teknik bilgileri toplayabilir. Bu bilgiler şunları içerebilir:

  • Cihazınızın İnternet Protokol adresi (IP adresi)
  • Uygulamada ziyaret ettiğiniz sayfalar, ziyaretinizin tarihi ve saati, bu sayfalarda geçirilen süre
  • Uygulamada geçirilen toplam süre
  • Mobil cihazınızda kullandığınız işletim sistemi

Uygulama, kesin konum verisi toplamaz.

Uygulama, fişleri taramak için cihazınızın kamerasına erişim talep edebilir. Bu özellik yalnızca siz bir fiş taramayı seçtiğinizde kullanılır.

Uygulama, döviz kuru özelliklerini sağlamak için harici internet hizmetlerinden döviz kuru verilerini çeker. Bu işlem sırasında, IP adresi gibi anonim teknik veriler, döviz kuru verilerini sağlayan üçüncü taraf hizmet tarafından işlenebilir.

Hizmet Sağlayıcı, kişisel finansal verilerinizi kendi sunucularında toplamaz, saklamaz veya işlemez. Girdiğiniz tüm bütçe, gelir, gider ve hesap bilgileri cihazınızda yerel olarak saklanır.

Uygulama, uygulamayı geliştirmek amacıyla cihaz türü, işletim sistemi, uygulama kullanım olayları, oturum süresi ve etkileşimler gibi bilgileri toplamak için Firebase Analytics kullanır.

Uygulama, fiş görsellerini işlemek için Google ML Kit tarafından sağlanan cihaz içi makine öğrenimi teknolojisini kullanır. Modelleri eğitmek için hiçbir kişisel veri kullanılmaz ve tüm işlemler cihazda yerel olarak gerçekleştirilir. Fiş görselleri harici sunuculara iletilmez.

Üçüncü Taraf Erişimi

Uygulama performansını ve işlevselliğini geliştirmek için yalnızca toplu, anonimleştirilmiş teknik veriler üçüncü taraf hizmetlere iletilebilir. Uygulama, sizi tanımlamak için kullanılabilecek bilgileri toplayabilecek üçüncü taraf hizmetleri kullanır. Uygulama tarafından kullanılan üçüncü taraf hizmet sağlayıcılarının gizlilik politikalarına bağlantılar aşağıdadır:

Hizmet Sağlayıcı, Uygulamadan kullanıcı kişisel verilerini toplamak veya saklamak için kendi sunucularını çalıştırmaz. Hizmet Sağlayıcı, kişisel finansal bilgilerinizi satmaz, kiralamaz veya paylaşmaz.

Google Drive Entegrasyonu ve Veri Yedekleme

Uygulamamız ("Cüzdanım"), kullanıcıların işlemler, hesaplar, bütçeler ve kategoriler dahil olmak üzere finansal verilerini güvenli bir şekilde yedeklemelerine ve geri yüklemelerine olanak tanıyan isteğe bağlı bir bulut yedekleme özelliği sunar.

Bu işlevi etkinleştirmek için uygulama, Google Drive API aracılığıyla kullanıcının Google Drive hesabına erişim talep eder.

Google Drive Verilerini Nasıl Kullanıyoruz?

  • Uygulama yalnızca kullanıcının kişisel Google Drive'ında cuzdanim_backup.json adlı özel bir yedekleme dosyası oluşturur, okur, günceller ve siler.
  • Yedekleme verileri yalnızca kullanıcı tarafından başlatılan yedekleme ve geri yükleme işlemleri için kullanılır.

Geliştiriciler Tarafından Erişim Yoktur

Kullanıcıların finansal verilerini kendi sunucularımıza toplamıyoruz, saklamıyoruz, bunlara erişmiyoruz veya iletmiyoruz. Tüm yedekleme işlemleri, güvenli şifreli bağlantılar (HTTPS) kullanılarak doğrudan kullanıcının cihazı ile Google Drive arasında gerçekleşir.

Üçüncü Şahıslarla Paylaşım Yoktur

Google Drive yedeklerinde saklanan veriler hiçbir zaman üçüncü taraflarla, analiz sağlayıcılarıyla veya reklamverenlerle paylaşılmaz, satılmaz, aktarılmaz veya ifşa edilmez.

Sınırlı Google Drive Erişimi

Uygulama yalnızca aşağıdaki Google Drive izin kapsamını talep eder:

Bu izin, uygulamanın yalnızca kendi oluşturduğu veya yönettiği dosyalara erişmesine izin verir. Uygulama, kullanıcının Google Drive'ındaki diğer dosya veya klasörleri görüntüleyemez, okuyamaz veya değiştiremez.

Kullanıcı Kontrolü

Kullanıcılar verileri üzerinde tam kontrole sahiptir ve istedikleri zaman şunları yapabilirler:

  • Yedek dosyalarını istedikleri zaman doğrudan Google Drive'dan silebilirler.
  • Google Hesap ayarları aracılığıyla uygulamanın Google Drive erişimini iptal edebilirler.

Google API Hizmetleri Uyumluluğu

Uygulamamızın Google API'lerinden alınan bilgileri kullanımı ve aktarımı, Sınırlı Kullanım gereksinimleri de dahil olmak üzere Google API Hizmetleri Kullanıcı Verileri Politikası'na uygundur.

Vazgeçme Hakları

Cihazınızda veya uygulama pazarında bulunan standart kaldırma işlemlerini kullanarak Uygulamayı kaldırarak tüm bilgi toplanmasını durdurabilirsiniz.

Veri Saklama Politikası

Çoğu veri cihazınızda yerel olarak saklandığından, Hizmet Sağlayıcı kişisel verilerinizi saklamaz. Hizmet Sağlayıcı ile iletişime geçerseniz, gönüllü olarak sağladığınız her türlü bilgi yalnızca talebinize yanıt vermek için gerekli olduğu sürece saklanabilir.

Çocuklar

Uygulama 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir. Hizmet Sağlayıcı, 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklardan bilerek kişisel olarak tanımlanabilir bilgi toplamaz.

Güvenlik

Hizmet Sağlayıcı, bilgilerinizi korumayı taahhüt eder ve işlenebilecek sınırlı verileri korumak için makul önlemler kullanır.

Değişiklikler

Bu Gizlilik Politikası zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Değişikliklerden sonra Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncellenmiş politikayı kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the Cüzdanım - Gelir Gider Bütçe app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by pfarc dev (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as an Ad Supported service. This service is intended for use AS IS.

Information Collection and Use

The Application may collect limited technical information automatically when you download and use it. This information may include:

  • Your device Internet Protocol address (IP address)
  • The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages
  • The time spent on the Application
  • The operating system you use on your mobile device

The Application does not collect precise location data.

The Application may request access to your device camera to scan receipts. This feature is only used when you choose to scan a receipt.

The Application retrieves exchange rate data from external internet services to provide currency features. During this process, anonymous technical data such as IP address may be processed by the third party service providing exchange rate data.

The Service Provider does not collect, store, or process your personal financial data on their own servers. All budget, income, expense, and account information you enter is stored locally on your device.

The Application uses Firebase Analytics to collect information such as device type, operating system, app usage events, session duration, and interactions to improve the Application.

The Application uses on-device machine learning technology provided by Google ML Kit to process receipt images. No personal data is used to train models, and all processing is performed locally on the device. Receipt images are not transmitted to external servers.

Third Party Access

Only aggregated anonymized technical data may be transmitted to third party services to improve Application performance and functionality. The Application uses third party services that may collect information used to identify you. Links to privacy policies of third party service providers used by the Application:

The Service Provider does not operate their own servers for collecting or storing user personal data from the Application. The Service Provider does not sell, rent, or share your personal financial information.

Google Drive Integration and Data Backup

Our application (“Cüzdanım”) provides an optional cloud backup feature that allows users to securely back up and restore their financial data, including transactions, accounts, budgets, and categories.

To enable this functionality, the application requests access to the user’s Google Drive account through the Google Drive API.

How We Use Google Drive Data

  • The application only creates, reads, updates, and deletes a dedicated backup file named cuzdanim_backup.json within the user’s personal Google Drive.
  • Backup data is used solely for backup and restore operations initiated by the user.

No Access by Developers

We do not collect, store, access, or transmit users’ financial data to our own servers. All backup operations occur directly between the user’s device and Google Drive using secure encrypted connections (HTTPS).

No Third-Party Sharing

Data stored in Google Drive backups is never shared, sold, transferred, or disclosed to third parties, analytics providers, or advertisers.

Limited Google Drive Access

The application only requests the following Google Drive permission scope:

This permission allows the app to access only the files it creates or manages. The application cannot view, read, or modify other files or folders in the user’s Google Drive.

User Control

Users maintain full control over their data and may:

  • Delete backup files directly from Google Drive at any time.
  • Revoke the application’s Google Drive access through their Google Account settings.

Google API Services Compliance

Our application’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Opt Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application using standard uninstall processes available on your device or via the application marketplace.

Data Retention Policy

Since most data is stored locally on your device, the Service Provider does not retain your personal data. If you contact the Service Provider, any information you provide voluntarily may be retained only as long as necessary to respond to your request.

Children

The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

Security

The Service Provider is committed to protecting your information and uses reasonable safeguards to protect any limited data that may be processed.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes means you accept the updated policy.
